O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) partnered with BSA LifeStructures to construct a new two-story administrative office building supporting Texana Center’s growing operations in Rosenberg. Designed to enhance collaboration, training, and organizational efficiency, the facility provides a modern workplace that supports Texana’s mission of serving individuals and families throughout the region.
The building includes approximately 30 private offices, multiple training and conference rooms, a large multi-purpose meeting space, employee break areas, a kitchenette, beverage station, and other collaborative workspaces designed to foster communication and productivity. The project also included construction of a new parking lot with capacity for more than 160 vehicles, improving accessibility for staff and visitors alike.
