Ground-Up Construction of the Texana Center Behavioral Health Clinic

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC), in partnership with BSA Architects, delivered a new two-story behavioral health clinic for Texana Center, creating a purpose-built healthcare facility designed to support long-term behavioral health services and administrative operations.

Constructed as a Type II-B, B-Occupancy healthcare facility, the building features open work areas, private administrative offices, enclosed meeting rooms, and employee support spaces that promote collaboration, efficiency, and day-to-day functionality.

The project also included comprehensive site development, with underground storm drainage systems, site utilities, parking lots, site lighting, landscaping, and supporting infrastructure necessary to create a fully operational healthcare campus. Throughout the project, OSC worked closely with Texana Center and the design team to align construction with program requirements while delivering a safe, code-compliant, and durable behavioral healthcare environment.

This project reflects OSC’s expertise in healthcare construction, behavioral health facility development, ground-up medical construction, and complex site development, delivering environments that support both operational excellence and long-term community healthcare needs.
