This ground-up construction project consolidated the client’s corporate operations into a modern headquarters environment that promotes collaboration, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability. The newly constructed facility features executive and administrative office space, employee amenities, flexible work environments, and future growth opportunities to support the company’s evolving business needs.
The upper two floors of the building were designed as contemporary corporate office space, while the lower levels include a welcoming lobby, employee fitness center, meeting and collaboration areas, and flexible white-box space for future tenant improvements and expansion. The facility was planned to provide both immediate functionality and adaptability for future growth.
In addition to the construction of the new headquarters, the project included five phases of public infrastructure improvements, requiring extensive coordination with local agencies, utility providers, and surrounding property owners. OSC managed the installation and sequencing of critical infrastructure upgrades, including utilities, roadway improvements, site development, drainage systems, and landscape enhancements that support the overall campus environment.
