Cabot Oil & Gas and Cimarex Energy merged and rebranded to create Coterra Energy. The Coterra team hired O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to complete the construction of their new, Houston-area office. Following the demolition of the existing space, the build-back includes several multi-functional features such as collaboration rooms, open office spaces, control rooms, and an interconnecting monumental staircase. These various spaces were put in place to ensure that the numerous needs of Coterra’s employees work needs were met as well as providing ample opportunities for team collaboration. All these major elements were accented with high-end, modern finishes such as specialty visual and audio equipment, banquette seating, supergraphics, DIRTT wall panels, specialty turf and Arktura ceilings. With both a modern feel and functionality in mind, OSC created a practical space that was uniquely Coterra.
