O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) transformed the office space at 1000 Main in Downtown Houston’s Central Business District into a modern, hospitality-inspired tenant amenity center designed to enhance the workplace experience and elevate the property’s Class A offerings.
The redevelopment introduced a variety of amenities, including conference rooms, a tenant lounge, a café, and a new landlord office suite, creating flexible spaces that support collaboration, productivity, and employee engagement. The amenity center also features two golf simulators, providing tenants with unique recreational spaces that encourage networking and foster a dynamic workplace environment.
High-end finishes throughout the project contribute to the center’s sophisticated aesthetic. Design elements include wood flooring, Carvart tinted glass with wood veneer frames, wood wallcovering and ceilings, and Modernfold operable partitions, allowing spaces to adapt to various events and tenant needs while maintaining a warm, contemporary feel.
