O’Donnell/Snider Construction served as construction manager for a confidential life sciences client’s 80,000-plus square foot, four-story corporate headquarters in Friendswood, Texas, supporting the company’s continued growth in precision diagnostics. The project also included five phases of public infrastructure improvements requiring coordination with surrounding utilities and site development.
The headquarters consolidates corporate operations into a modern workplace designed for collaboration, operational efficiency, and future expansion. The top two floors house corporate offices, while the lower levels include a lobby, employee fitness area, and flexible white-box space for future tenant build-out.
