This was a multi-level lobby renovation which entailed

new flamed granite flooring, back painted glass installed at all elevator lobbies and a 36’ tall elevator shaft between levels 2 & 3.

LED backlite painted glass signage was installed at the elevator shuttle and at the new level 3 garage entry. All new ceilings were installed with a custom concealed spline acoustical ceiling tile. Walnut Architectural Millwork Panels were added in elevator lobby and garage elevator lobbies. New carpet installation at Level 3 along with the flamed granite floors. Demolition and installation of (2) complete escalators that were cladded in stainless steel and accented with back painted glass. An exterior Porte Cochere was updated to include Geometrix ceiling panels along with flamed granite installed at the sidewalks and road hump. All interior light fixtures were installed.
