After a devastating plunge from Hurricane Harvey and 48 inches of water that stood stationary in the building for two weeks,

OSC was hired to do a complete interior renovation of the building Eldridge Oaks.

Working hand-in-hand with Kirksey Architects and the owners, OSC assisted in design build efforts to deliver a completed office. Project highlights include:

A complete remodel of the parking garage (first floor), deli, lobby, management office, gym, core restrooms and two TI spaces
A complete rebuild of all electric gear, central plant, fire alarm control panels, distribution panels, water pumps and boiler
Sophisticated granite tiles and matched veneer hardwood panels in the lobby
