Gensler is one of Houston’s leading architectural firms.

This project consisted of a full floor tenant finish while adhering to a strict 12 week schedule.

This space featured custom ceilings in the shape of hexagons, custom millwork, back painted magnetic glass, tackable wall panels and specialized FilzFelt wall coverings. The client received a new break room with custom finishes. Frameless glass and Herculite doors can be found throughout the space. One of the most unique features of this project was the lighting, with 450 new light fixtures installed and there were 35 different types. Gensler has Level 5 finishes throughout. This project was rendered on time and on budget while delivering superior quality.
