Team OSC partnered with the owner’s subcontractors to expand their Houston headquarters and enhance their showroom. OSC constructed offices for designers on the exterior, a file and break room, 3 meeting rooms, a cubicle area along with diverse display booths that demonstrated 6 different finish options for their customers to choose from. This project was on time and under budget.
