Enhancement of Iconic Downtown Building

O’Donnell/Snider Construction is proud of the successful enhancement of over 86,000 square feet of an iconic building in downtown Houston. Our team enhanced the façade of the main entry, redesigned the lobby to create a more welcoming experience, and developed new shared spaces for tenants to enjoy. One of the highlights of the project was the construction of a stunning sky lobby on the thirteenth floor, all while ensuring minimal disruption to the tenants who occupy the building. Some key project notes include the expansion and aesthetic improvement of the building façade, the creation of a feature staircase to reconnect neighboring buildings, modernized elevator lobbies and cabs, and the addition of a new exterior open deck on the sky lobby complete with lounge areas and a conferencing center.
