also included rehabilitation workout/gym area, 7 physicians’ offices, PT workstations, blood draw/processing lab, patient showers, and a diagnostic lab.

This project consisted of an interior build out inside a fully functional multi-tenant medical office building for Memorial Hermann. This site included a design/ built 15’ x 9’ indoor saltwater therapy pool system (inground) with a 4’-6’ depth (slope). The pool room has 100% outside air replenishment with a custom AAON unit and dedicated exhaust system.
