Memorial Hermann Specialty Pharmacy is a subtle yet highly technologically advanced building

that houses over $15 million of high-cost, injectable, oral, infused, and inhaled specialty medication..

This stand alone specialty pharmacy serves one of the largest hospital systems in the state and is the first of its kind. OSC
partnered with Memorial Hermann and the rest of the project team to build out their new space to better meet their patients needs. Some notable features are:

First generation build-out which includes pharmacy, call center, executive offices, coffee bar, break room, training room, drug storage room,
Tilt wall structure for pharmacy processing center including: a clean room, roof top units, façade modifications, dumpster yard, material ramp, and call center
Sheet vinyl floors
High security measures with motion sensors and cameras
