Innospec Oilfield Services develops and markets fuel additives, testing fuels and fuel systems,

and related additive technologies for different types of fuel including petroleum-based fuels, coal, and biofuels.

The global chemicals company trusted team OSC to construct their corporate hub. The project was completed in two phases which included an office and lab build-out and a glass wall was constructed to separate their full operational staff during the building process. Project highlights include:

Phase one included a dozen offices with all glass fronts, open concept spaces, a corporate conference room, training room, kitchen/break room and reception area
Phase two included the construction of drilling, analytical and high-pressure labs, including testing areas
Unique architectural design involved dry erase walls and ceiling sound baffles
68 designer driven changes addressed efficiently to complete the project on time and on budget
