This was a multi-phase project consisting of building out three floors

simultaneously over an eight month period.

First phase was (10) ICU patient rooms. The second phase involved building out (11) TIRR patient rooms. The third and final phase required OSC to build out (36) Med Surg patient rooms. The first generation build-out was completed inside the fully operational Woodlands hospital with no interruptions to patient care or facility functionality throughout the course of construction. Each phase was permitted separately as well as inspected by TDSH separately so as not to hold up the other spaces once completed. Project had several challenges throughout the process but what is important to note is that we met all three deadlines set by Memorial Hermann and they were able to open up each space on time.
