Methodist Pearland Commons is a two story, 45,627 square foot medical office building

located in Pearland, that had a complete interior buildout.

This building included five tenant suites, multiple nurse stations, waiting and receptions areas for each suite, and several exam/procedure rooms. One of these was a full imaging suite that included an MRI machine, CT scan and two x-ray rooms. The project schedule was tight with owner occupancy required in four and a half months. Simultaneously, the base building still under construction required complex logistical planning intandem with the base building construction team. O’Donnell/Snider Construction overcame multiple base-building delays (over 6 weeks impact) with no impact to project completion and owner occupancy. This space is home to the new head-end operating system and as a result, schedule milestones were firm, not-to-be-missed.
