O’Donnell/Snider Construction partnered with Noble Drilling to deliver a 110,250 square foot buildout at their new CityWest headquarters. The relocation from Sugar Land supported the company’s growth and introduced a hospitality-inspired, industrial space designed for collaboration and training. The project began with Level 6 and progressed through full demolition and reconstruction of Levels 1 and 2. The design incorporates open ceilings with canvas-wrapped ductwork, MAARS and DIRTT wall systems, switchable glass, a custom internal stair with perforated metal railing, and a series of islands constructed from terrazzo, Corvette gold fiberglass, and concrete. Offshore Drilling simulators were integrated to support hands-on learning. To allow early occupancy on Level 2, OSC installed temporary separation walls and transitioned to night work. Daily coordination helped keep construction moving safely and efficiently. The lighting package was value engineered, and a generator was installed at the surface dock between the garage and building.
