A Modern Office Relocation

Professional Janitorial Service of Houston (PJS) commissioned O’Donnell/Snider Construction to do a demolition and buildout of their new Houston office. The project scope consisted of the renovation of an existing elevated building. The interior was completely demolished to make space for a new layout throughout. The new floor plan included space for new offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, stairs, elevator, a ground floor lobby, and the installation of a natural gas generator. The space features sleek, open interiors finished with polished concrete floors, open ceilings with exposed structure and ductwork, barn doors, and granite breakroom countertops. The exposed ductwork had to be redesigned to meet MEP clearances with the existing structural steel. Through meticulous preplanning, O’Donnell/Snider Construction was able to meet all necessary MEP requirements while remaining on schedule.
