The new Porsche of North Houston dealership

is surfaced in ceramic tile and accommodates two separate calibration centers.

The cylindrical exterior surfaces of the building are wrapped in custom detailed curtain wall utilizing structural glass mullions as well as highly finished, revealed panels. A 150,000 square foot landscaped parking zone surrounds the showroom. The project exterior is a combination of tilt wall (68 panels) and structural steel framing.

The building designed by Praxis 3 Architects of Atlanta, encompasses over 60,000 square feet of showroom and service space. Visitors entering the showroom are greeted by a split level Porsche display space inclusive of a long span 20’ x 40’ skylight window and luxurious upper-level customer lounge. For this aspect of the project, our teams inserted a reinforced mezzanine, allowing for the display of additional vehicles near the customer lounge. Within the lounge space, Porsche clients are able to customize their new vehicles under the fabric canopy ceilings. The service area features state-of-the-art globally sourced technology with hidden wiring for a sleek look. In fact, Porsche welcomes clients to watch services performed on their cars in a nearby waiting room with floor-to-ceiling panel glass windows. The building houses an operation approximately triple the size of its former location. This center accommodates over 400 vehicles and has a 24-bay service shop.
