2025 HBJ LANDMARK AWARDS | Finalist

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) and Tramonte Design Studio partnered with the growing tech company Modisoft to complete the core and shell of its new corporate headquarters in Sugar Land. The four-story steel structure was designed to support future interior build-out, providing the framework for offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas.

The scope of work included the installation of stormwater, water, and power infrastructure to meet the building’s operational needs. Glass curtain walls were incorporated along the building’s perimeter to create a modern and spacious environment, allowing for maximum natural light and unobstructed outdoor views. The project also included exterior enhancements, such as a new parking lot and landscaping, to improve accessibility and curb appeal.
