Range Resources (Memorial Resource Development) encompassed 125,000 RSF over 4 ½ floors in One Allen Center

and was composed primarily of private offices with modular wall office fronts, writable surface walls, and several team meeting rooms on each floor for collaboration.

The executive level featured a large lunch/break room that also doubled as a training room to encourage staff from all levels to share ideas and to promote team work. Custom features included a premium boardroom table, walnut millwork wall panels, and custom 3-form light boxes with company graphics and displays.
