Two-story Behavioral Health Clinic

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC), in collaboration with BSA Architects, successfully delivered a new two-story behavioral health clinic for Texana Center. Designed and constructed as a Type II-B, B-Occupancy facility, the building includes open work areas with cubicle layouts, private administrative offices, three enclosed meeting rooms, and a large breakroom to support day-to-day operations. Beyond the building itself, the project required full site development, including underground storm drainage, site utilities, new parking lots, site lighting, landscaping, a dumpster enclosure, and other supporting infrastructure. The project team worked closely with Texana Center and the design team to ensure that the facility met program requirements while delivering a safe, code-compliant, and durable environment suitable for long-term behavioral health services.
