A Total Demo and Buildback

O’Donnell/Snider Construction was hired to completely demolish the space and ultimately build back for the Coolidge Family. The project scope included exterior site improvements as well – fencing, pergolas, and stamped concrete flatwork. The space features numerous high-end finishes, including sheetrock ceilings and wood flooring. The offices run the perimeter of the space and are composed of MAARS walls.
