The Met is a dynamic, members-only business and fitness center located in downtown Houston.

The location features conference rooms equipped to handle any need in addition to premier athletic facilities.

O’Donnell/Snider Construction was brought in as a key partner, along with Gensler, for the renovation of the club’s locker and dining areas. The scope of this 23,000 square foot project included redoing the locker rooms and restrooms for both men and women across multiple floors. This also included construction of a full sauna and spa. A lounge and bar area was added in the communal space, complete with the location’s signature bright colors and a collaborative seating layout. To enhance the guest experience, The Met commissioned the addition of a golf simulator. A show-stopping feature of the space is the grand staircase, which is designed to act as additional seating in addition to its primary function.
