The renovation project features a raised floor for underfloor airflow

EnVen Energy Corporation, an oil and natural gas company engaged in the development, exploitation, exploration, and acquisition of crude oil properties in the region of the U.S Gulf of Mexico, selected OSC as their general contractor to relocate their office. The client carefully selected their new home and chose 609 Main at Texas, a building OSC has much experience building out multiple projects for many clients. The building is a 48-story, LEED Platinum building nestled within Houston’s popular Central Business District (CBD). Project highlights included MAARS demountable office fronts and premium millwork,
raised floor for underfloor airflow, stone slabs wall panels throughout, stone flooring throughout reception and breakroom, and wood floor and premium
carpet.
