Savills, a global real estate firm,

hired OSC as their construction partner to build out their first-generation Houston headquarters.

Savills’ new space includes raised access flooring, Muraflex sliding glass partitions, high-end custom millwork, herringbone pattern wood floors, and a custom mosaic of Savills’ brand in their reception area. Other features include exposed ceiling with acoustic ceiling panels, carpet within the enclosed offices, and large drywall arches. This beautifully designed space incorporated a unique hospitality reception bar, a spacious conference room with a unique lounge area, multiple huddle areas, open seating, and enclosed offices with DIRTT office fronts. OSC completed this project in just under 14 weeks, meeting an ambitious schedule while staying within budget.
