Fresenius Medical Care (FMC), one of the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services,

is a repeat client of OSC.

As our partner, (2) new dialysis clinics were constructed to provide high-quality dialysis care to the residents of Greater Houston area, and its surrounding counties. Both dialysis clinics consisted of (12) dialysis and nursing stations, (1) ISO room, (2) home training rooms, doctors’ offices and a water treatment room with reverse osmosis. The project also included staff workstations, collaborative spaces and break-out areas such as conference rooms, training rooms and an employee break room. Our team completed each 6,768 square foot build-out in 14 weeks.
