O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) partnered with Browne McGregor Architects to deliver a new 26,100-square-foot, two-story medical office building for Body by Ravi Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics in West Houston. Designed to support a premier plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine practice, the facility combines advanced medical capabilities with a welcoming, hospitality-inspired environment that enhances both the patient experience and operational efficiency.
Situated on a three-acre site, the development includes all associated site infrastructure, surface parking, landscaping, and utility improvements. The thoughtfully planned interior supports every stage of the patient journey while maximizing workflow for physicians and clinical staff.
The first floor features a fully accredited AAAASF ambulatory surgery center, complete with operating suites and support spaces, along with a comprehensive aesthetic medicine clinic and dedicated med spa. Patient reception areas, consultation rooms, exam rooms, nurses’ stations, and clinical support spaces are carefully integrated to provide privacy, comfort, and efficient circulation throughout the facility.
Throughout construction, OSC worked closely with the owner and design team to coordinate the specialized building systems, finishes, and technical requirements associated with an ambulatory surgery center and outpatient medical facility. The result is a high-quality healthcare environment that reflects the client’s vision while supporting exceptional patient care.
