O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) has been a partner of Greenberg Traurig since 2007, joining their preconstruction team’s efforts in addressing the multiple challenges of creating a state of the art conference center, adding 15,000 sf of office space and renovating the existing 20,000 sf of occupied space without disrupting existing operations. The project team, working through 12 months of preconstruction and design, developed a cohesive-phased renovation and expansion plan that resulted in a smooth construction effort and superb finished interior space. Success in the process is due largely to a focused process, streamlined and constant communication and a nimble response to 2-week look ahead schedules in what become known as ‘cram’ work sessions. An open line of communication between all parties, inclusive of the client team’s main decision makers was critical during the process.
The final result is an elegant environment with a high functionality quotient, ideally suited to Greenberg Traurig’s needs. O’Donnell/Snider is proud of the end product, and more importantly, of the relationships built with our client and fellow team members throughout this project. OSC has continued to be of service to Greenberg Traurig through the years and is currently working on their relocation project.
