The West Law Firm project involved the ground-up construction of a commercial office building in Houston, including full site development, building core-and-shell construction, and interior tenant fit-out. The project scope included site utilities, surface parking, landscaping, and high-performance ground-floor glazing fabricated to meet enhanced fire-rating requirements. Stair towers enclosed with curtain wall systems and a custom-finished elevator contribute to the building’s modern design and functionality.
Despite significant site constraints, O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) successfully delivered the project through detailed preconstruction planning, advanced site logistics, and proactive coordination. The ground floor was completed in white box condition for future retail tenants, while the second floor was prepared for future office occupancy. The third floor was built out as The West Law Firm’s headquarters, featuring custom millwork and wood-paneled conference spaces designed to support collaboration and client meetings. The fourth-floor penthouse and outdoor terrace include a custom paver system and a NanaWall glazing system, creating a flexible indoor-outdoor gathering space with premium workplace amenities.
This project reflects OSC’s ability to deliver complex ground-up commercial construction projects while overcoming challenging site conditions.
