Ground-Up Industrial and Retail Development

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) delivered Montalbano’s new South Houston facility, a 76,950-square-foot industrial and retail development designed to support the company’s continued growth and operations. Situated on a 14-acre site, the project included extensive site development, featuring large-scale paving, detention infrastructure, and utility improvements to ensure efficient drainage and long-term functionality.

The development consists of a renovated existing building and six new pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) that provide flexible warehouse, storage, and operational space. The project includes approximately 26,250 square feet of warehouse storage space to support inventory management and day-to-day operations.

The retail component features expansive open ceilings, polished concrete flooring, and custom wall graphics that reflect Montalbano’s brand identity while creating an inviting environment for customers and employees. Enhanced landscaping and thoughtfully designed exterior spaces further contribute to the campus’s functionality and curb appeal.

This project demonstrates OSC’s expertise in ground-up industrial construction, warehouse development, pre-engineered metal building construction, and large-scale site development, delivering a modern facility that supports operational efficiency and future growth in South Houston.
