This cafe is our second project for the Masraff family of restaurants.

We completely remodeled an existing restaurant on premise, installing all new professionalgrade appliances and finishes in the dining area and restrooms.

The kitchen required the addition of a grease trap and upgraded ventilation system. We installed a unique wine distribution system that refrigerates and taps wine bottles and allows for easy serving of “wines by the glass”. An order at the counter business model is complimented by a high-tech iPad order management system, installed by our team. In the dining area, we added booth seating and wall coverings including supergraphic “brick” wallpaper and textured sheet metal. The light fixtures hanging from the open ceiling add to the industrial aesthetic.
