The renovation project features three floors connected by an internal stair

NetIQ is a global enterprise software company that meets the demands of today’s IT environments with a wide range of proven solutions for identity and access management, security and data center solutions. As part of the relocation of NetIQ’s worldwide headquarters into 515 Post Oak, this fast-tracked construction project spanned three floors, connected by an internal stair, which includes executive offices, conference rooms and spacious break rooms. The diverse workspace also included a 4,000 SF data center and laboratory with intensive MEP systems, open concept work stations and private offices and team rooms with modular wall office fronts.
