University Lands relocated their headquarters into CityCentre 5 under this fast-tracked, first generation build out.

Built in conjunction with the base building’s completion schedule, University Lands was able to deliver furniture and occupy their new offices ahead of schedule.

Natural lighting facilitated by glass office fronts creates a warm and welcoming space that features a large band wheel assembly from a 1930’s West Texas oil field as the focal point of the entry and reception that is complimented with custom walnut ceiling and wall panels and natural stones.
