Newmark, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms, consolidated its local offices into a high-profile urban space in Uptown.

This modern space has a “floating ceiling” finished with Axiom trim throughout, requiring revisions in the layout of the A/C ducts. Replacing the existing ducts with architectural round ducts allowed system functionality in addition to style. The NanaWall partitions used in the communal area on the 2nd floor allow our client to have one large gathering room or to subdivide their space by unfolding the glass partitions and locking them into place.

The panels slide easily along a custom-engineered track. We custom ordered the external glass storefront walls surrounding the office entry, to match the building’s exterior. The office was designed to be collaborative and engaging to a younger workforce. An open floor plan features integrated kitchens on each floor, with polished surfaces. Clean lines are present throughout the open-concept space, with sight lines from front to back on the floors with employee workstations. Four floors were finished sequentially within six months, adhering to the original schedule.
