The renovation incorporated major changes to the drop-off and parking experience. The buildings now contain world class solutions for destination dispatch elevators, control kiosks and audio/visual. High-level security provisions are discretely installed throughout the ground floor and common areas. Our team created new concierge-style lobbies wrapped in Turkish ivory travertine panels, polished drywall ceilings and imported lighting. Feature walls of travertine and hand-split, polished walnut panels accent the elevator lobbies. The main reception desk is wrapped in travertine and accented by plain-cut, bookmatched, butt-jointed eucalyptus panels – also hand selected off site by the architect.
A new 9,000 square foot “High-Performance” Fitness Center has been created on the 6th floor of the South Tower. Wood floors and a dramatic ceiling add a touch of luxury to the wellness space. Adjacent Conference space contains two large rooms with full service audio/visual and support services for use by the building tenants. Tenant common areas now feature Simena Chiseled limestone tile, polished drywall ceilings with inset accent lighting, vinyl wrapped and revealed wall panels. The restrooms in both towers were completely removed and rebuilt. They now include back painted, pearlescent, full height partitions. Mirrors are back lit and the floors and walls are wrapped in ceramic tile. Surface mounted sink basins, automated soap and water plus a restroom centric music system finish the spaces, presenting a European-style experience for tenants and guests. Custom glass panels, neutral colors, and piped music create a spa feeling. This project is being certified LEED Gold and was developed sustainably by our teams.
