Our team performed preparations on the walls in the existing space, to smooth the surface and make them ready for floor to ceiling graphic prints. Since the area was in the basement, further renovations were needed to complete extensive in-slab MEP. The exercise facilities are broken into two main spaces - a separate room for cycling and a larger equipment room. In the equipment room, the ceilings are left open for an industrial look and the floor is padded for comfort. One especially interesting feature highlighting the cycling room is a 3M Dichroic film that appears to be multiple colors from different angles. Bright, colorful accent lighting is used in the hallway between the two locker rooms. Once inside the locker rooms, guests are treated to separate shower facilities with custom glass fronts. The space is enhanced with stone tile, floating vanities, and textured wall covering.
