Westlake Chemical’s existing Houston headquarters consisted of full interior demolition and remodel on levels 3 – 6.

Each floor is approximately 17,500 feet of space, designed utilizing an open floor plan.

The plans incorporate cubicle furniture systems in addition to MAARS demountable walls and DIRTT glass fronts. Several conference rooms give Westlake Chemical staff members ample space to collaborate privately. Two key features of this project are a playfully-colored break room and a bright product gallery in the reception area. The large breakroom employs cafeteria style seating and a built in banquette to maximize space. Here, our teams installed pendant lighting, a waterfall island, and colorful mosaic tile to make the space welcoming and relaxing. The product gallery has recessed lighting and built in shelving for optimal display and storage of Westlake Chemical’s historic and present day product line.
