Design Build Community Office Building

C.I.A. Services’ growth had exceeded the capacity of their current space which created the opportunity to design-build a new facility. The full-service community associations management company choose a 2.7 Acre site in Humble, Texas. As a design-build project, O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) was involved early and fully engaged in the project which ensured alignment with the client’s vision and budget. The project included clearing and grubbing the wooded site, all infrastructure and utilities, core and shell building, interior fit out, parking lot, sidewalks, and a complete landscaped walking trail and detention pond. The 1-story steel structure building’s exterior is comprised of stone, brick and stucco and is equipped with solar panels on the roof. The building’s interior spaces include private offices and open workstations.
