The renovation project features a new, private structural staircase

This project is a phased renovation of three floors. It includes the construction of a new staircase, a conference floor that overlooks the downtown Houston, advanced technology throughout, beautiful breakout and lounge areas, and a commercial quality kitchen. Custom wood floors are installed in the reception area, and the design is carried through multiple levels, including the staircase. The office areas are constructed of MAARS glass walls, allowing natural light into every office. The phasing allows our client to move their team from their previous work areas to their newly designed spaces, which prevents any disruption to their business. Our team navigated the typical challenges of coordinating the construction and relocating the client through leveraging our years of experience. The project is scheduled to be completed on time and within budget.
