OSC Restores Building for Houston Based Furniture Dealer

Debner, a long time partner of O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) and Houston’s premier full-service furniture dealers hired OSC to remodel their new corporate headquarters, which also operates as a showroom, repair shop, and warehouse. The restoration of the building involved all new MEP and building infrastructure along with the addition of a mezzanine and stairs. The unique interior space incorporates bright red accents and custom textured wall art within an open concept setting. The facade of the building was modernized with a fresh coat of paint and new glass installed on the front and east side of the building. New landscaping along the exterior of the building compliments the new design.
