GEICO is a first generation buildout in a shell space.

It features a major call center that is completely supported by generator back up, to alloy operations to continue even in the case of an emergency.

Our project for GEICO is a first generation buildout in a shell space. It features a major call center that is completely supported by generator back up, to alloy operations to continue even in the case of an emergency. The generator package required the installation of a sophisticated MEP package. The aesthetic desired by GEICO led to the development and installation of brightly colored custom glass wall graphics featuring their company mascot. Colorful carpet tiles line the employee work stations and common corridors. A unique, connected series of cubicle partitions organizes the space for their call center employees efficiently. Great teamwork, smooth delivery and exceptional planning allowed this large floor plan to be completely built out and turned over to our client in only 90 days.
