O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC), in partnership with Tramonte Design Studio, completed the ground-up construction of the core and shell for Modisoft’s new four-story corporate headquarters in Sugar Land, Texas. Designed to accommodate the company’s continued growth, the steel-framed office building provides the structural framework for future interior build-out, including offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and collaborative workspaces.
The project included the installation of critical site infrastructure, such as stormwater, water, and electrical utilities, to support the building’s long-term operational needs. A high-performance glass curtain wall system surrounds the building, maximizing natural daylight while creating a modern exterior and expansive views for future occupants. Site improvements also included a new parking lot and professional landscaping to enhance accessibility, circulation, and the overall campus environment.
By combining ground-up commercial construction, infrastructure development, and precision core-and-shell construction, OSC delivered a high-quality corporate office building designed to support future tenant improvements and long-term business growth. The project demonstrates OSC’s expertise in constructing modern commercial office facilities through careful planning, technical execution, and close collaboration with the owner and design team.
