OSC completed this intricate project in four phases

due to an operation intensive care unit and operating rooms on both sides of construction.

The project consisted of a full conversion of eight rooms in to six intermediate cardiovascular critical care units for patients immediately out of surgery. This invasive and complex project is an excellent example of the technical knowledge of our team and the ability of our leadership to steer multiple subcontractor and vendor representatives to adhere the project to Memorial Hermann’s new standard.
